Thank you so much for your interest in Baytown Christian Academy, educating students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
For new students, open enrollment begins on March 1st.
We hope that you will find the information in the application packet helpful. If you have any questions you would like addressed before you fill out the packet, please call the school at 281-421-4150.
If you decide to proceed with the application process, the first step is to fill out the online application.

While completing the online application, you will need to upload the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Current Report Card (High School Transcript for High School students)
You will need two (2) referral letters. One from your pastor*** and another from someone who knows the student well.
***If you are not a member of a church or you are a member of a large church where you do not know your pastor personally, two personal referrals will be accepted. No referrals from family members, please. These letters can be from a family friend, a Sunday school teacher, a school teacher, or anyone outside the family.
The letters need to include how you know the student, how long you've known them, character traits you have observed, and any other information that we can gain insight into the student.
All you need to do for us is enter the names and email addresses of the two people who will write the referrals in the appropriate spots in the online application, and they will receive a notification with instructions as to what information we need on the student. The email will be automatically sent to them when you submit your application.
The enrollment fee will need to be dropped off at the front office.
When you have submitted the Online Application with all the supporting documents, and paid the New Student Enrollment fee, we will schedule you for an entrance interview with the appropriate dean.
