Baytown Christian Academy has been accredited by the Texas Alliance of Accredited Private Schools (TAAPS) since 1993. The Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TEPSAC) is recognized by Texas Education Agency. Texas Alliance of Accredited Private Schools is recognized by TEPSAC and the Texas Commissioner of Education.
In 1993 Baytown Christian Academy was approved by U. S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service, for attendance by non-immigrant students. Countries represented at Baytown Christian Academy have been Russia, Germany, Columbia, Venezuela, Brazil, and Slovakia.
Other memberships include The College Board, the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) for athletic and academic competition, and the Baytown Chamber of Commerce.
