BCA Prepares Students for Future Success!

At BCA, we strive to provide each child with a rich and challenging educational experience which will allow them to develop spiritually and academically.

Our students leave BCA well prepared to pursue their college and career goals as evidenced by their awards and their success in college acceptance/enrollment:

Class of 2014

Blake Smith is currently in his first year at The University of Texas- Dell Medical School in Austin. BCA so proud of Blake and know he will be an outstanding physician.

Class of 2016

Mason Woods was our first National Merit Scholar, which is one of the most prestigious academic high school competitions in the United States.  National Merit Scholars are the top 7,500 qualifying students nationwide out of approximately 1.6 million seniors -they represent less than 0.5% (half of a percent) of high school seniors in the United States. Mason was selected based on his skills, accomplishments, and potential for success in rigorous college studies- congratulations to Mason and his family for this great accomplishment!

The top five students in the class of 2016 enrolled at the following prestigious universities:

Cornell University (Ivy League)
Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) (ACC)
Texas A&M University (SEC)
Trinity University
Southwestern University

Over 96% of the senior class of 2016 (25 of 26 seniors) received college acceptances.  

Class of 2017

The top five students in the class of 2017 enrolled in the following prestigious programs/universities:

University of Houston, Pre-Pharmacy
University of Texas, Pre-Law
Baylor University, Bio-Medical Studies
University of Texas at Arlington, Aerospace Engineering
University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Nursing

100% of the BCA Class of 2017 (21 of 21 students) were accepted to a college or university.  A total of 26 colleges/universities!

Class of 2018

Most of the 2018 seniors planned on attending colleges in Texas with two out of state- one at the prestigious Washington University in St Louis (only 17% of applicants admitted) and the other at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia.

100% of the senior class (9 of 9) were accepted to their target colleges/universities. The top five students in the class of 2017 enrolled in the following prestigious programs/universities:

Washington University in St Louis
Savannah College of Art and Design (Georgia)
Texas State University
Tarleton State University
Houston Baptist University

Class of 2019

The top four students in the class of 2019 are enrolled at the following universities

Texas A & M University, College of Engineering
University of North Texas, Pre -Law
Houston Baptist University, Honors College, Pre-Med.
Houston Baptist University

85% of the BCA Class of 2019 (11 of 13) were accepted to a college or university.   Our university-bound student had an average SAT of 1222 which ranks at an outstanding 81st National Percentile!
